Hello everyone! I hope you've all been faring well (especially with the sudden onslaught of a heat wave in New York; it's quite miserable, but I'll probably regret complaining in the winter). This is one of my little projects that I completed yesterday, inspired by the blue and yellow dots scattered on the Metro-North's floor and a building next to Grand Central. This is actually my first time doing anything somewhat resembling contemporary art and I have to admit, I'm excited to delve into this new artistic style! Enjoy~

Finding inspirations in everyday life - Tire Rims

I dropped off my car at the mechanic for oil change this morning.  While I was waiting for my car, I noticed some cars have really cool tires.  Since I was tired of flipping through the magazines, I started sketching the tire rims. I drew the tire rim using a HB pencil. I shaded in the dark area. I drew the tire rim for my car. In addition to the tire rim, I drew the tire and the tracking marking. I worked on the shading of the last tire.

Cinnamon Meilleure WIP

Rowling I absolute love the vibrant blue color of the coat.  I used Noodler's ink which is a fountain pen ink.  I am challenging myself to use different media to create my artwork.  Sometimes, the result might not come out the way I expected.  Sometimes, the result comes out great!  I am not done with this yet.  Hopefully, it will come out great at the end! #mtangdesigns #noodlersink #sugarsugarrune
