"Letters act as practical and useful signs, but also pure and inner melody." -- Wassily Kandinsky Since my chinese brush painting teacher encouraged to practice more of my calligraphy, I took the initiative to practice chinese calligraphy. For all the forms of chinese calligraphy, I love seal scripts the most. These are ancient characters! For me, it is half-word and half-drawing! It has a unique beauty that I am really drawn to. The following is my calligraphy. My teacher suggested me to practice every word twice. The following is my teacher's beautiful calligraphy.
